[Readers, here is a piece for paid subscribers on sea ice, locally and beyond. I did also want to note that there will be a meeting of the Massachusetts Nuclear Decommissioning Citizens Advisory Panel (NDCAP) tomorrow night, Monday, Jan. 27th, at 6:30 p.m. in Plymouth Town Hall. Thanks as always for reading and subscribing.]
